Revaz Beshidze

Revaz Beshidze was born on 5th of November, 1959. On July 2020, he was appointed as an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Slovak Republic. Mr. Beshidze is a career diplomat with much experience. During his career he worked as:

Ambassador of Georgia to the Portuguese Republic; Director of the Department for International Organizations;  Ambassador of Georgia to Japan;  Ambassador, Head of the Mission of Georgia to NATO; Director of the Department for Security Policy and Euro-Atlantic Integration; Director of the Department for Politico-Military Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

Mr. Beshidze has been granted a diplomatic rank of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

He is married and has two children.
